Waterloo Region's newest co-ed dodgeball league is starting.

All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

New to Dodgeball since school days? Open night is designed for Drop-Ins and all are welcome no matter the experience in the game. It's an opportunity to check out, practice, learn and experience the sport.

Open or Drop-In Night (Ages 18 and up):

• Sign up as an individual;

• Teams of 6 to 8 players will be formed each night;

• Location: Forest Hill Public School on Westmount in Kitchener;

• Seasonal on Monday nights between 8 pm and 10 pm;

• Rules: Modified World Dodgeball Federation rules found through the link above (Rules);

Youth ages 7-17:

• Nothing currently available in the area. Trying ot secure a location to open this up though.
